Routh the Dog

Brandon Routh is a leading man again... but not as Superman. Instead he's starring in horror movie DEAD OF NIGHT.

won't be appearing in JUSTICE LEAGUE, but he's got another comic book project lined up in the form of horror film DEAD OF NIGHT, a movie based on Tiziano Sclavi's DYLAN DOG character from SAF Comics.

SNAKES ON A PLACE helmer David R. Ellis will take directorial reins while the script comes from Joshua Oppenheimer - the man responsible for the atomic bomb known as SAHARA - with his partner Thomas Dean Donnelly. The movie has a very un-THOR like budget of $35 million and will shoot in Connecticut in the coming months. The character of Dylan Dog was actually based on Rupert Everett and Wikipedia describes him as "a penniless nightmare investigator who defies the whole preceding horror tradition with a vein of surrealism and an anti-bourgeois rhetoric. The true monsters in many of these stories are human beings." source - superhero hype!

Will Reynolds hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would appear here.
