Suicide Squad: Ranking All 11 Characters Revealed So Far

There's every possibility that Batman's suit design may change before his rumoured post-credits appearance in Suicide Squad (the smart bet is on him being welcomed to the crime scene of the Joker's escape) but going by what has been revealed for Batman V Superman, it's a pretty strong design.

Obviously there are flaws - the morbidly obese bat symbol is comical - but this is a Batman more in tune with the comic books, rather than Christopher Nolan's glorified riot cop in a Halloween mask style, and that's undoubtedly a good thing.

Affleck's size is also a strong selling point: he looks like a more meaty, more imposing Batman who wouldn't necessarily have to fight from the shadows. And considering most of his rogue's gallery are locked away by the start of Suicide Squad, that would make perfect sense.

Let's just hope they don't go for a Joel Schumacher style costume reinvention before he makes his second appearance.
