Ozymandias was originally a warlord and a General in Baal's group. To begin with, he was something of a tormentor to the young En Sabah Nur and this behaviour would ultimately backfire on him. When Nur became Apocalypse, he would use the advanced technology that became an essential part of his power-set to transform Ozymandias into a blind slave, oracle, and scribe made of living stone in order to use him to forever chronicle his destiny from behind the scenes. The reluctant relationship between the pair means that Ozymandias constantly tries to deceive and escape from Apocalypse and that is something that would be great to see on the big screen.
