1. Hotel Mario
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nS956FdMPfc Now more famous for the memes it spawned than the actual game itself, many people are actually blissfully unaware that Hotel Mario ever existed, pinning the bizarre cut scenes that flood the internet down to some sort of failed TV experiment. Nope. In actual fact, these cut scenes are from a game called Hotel Mario released on (you guessed it) the Philips CD-i, home to the infamously terrible Zelda CD-i games. The story of the game is that Bowser has turned the Mushroom Kingdom into a hotel resort for him and his children, but that's not the WTF part. That's just your typical Mario plot. The WTF part is everything else, from the unresponsive, glitch-ridden gameplay to the absolutely atrocious cut scene animations, complete with hilariously terrible voice acting. Just a couple seconds exposure to Hotel Mario is enough to make anybody question their sanity.
