10 Character Builds That BROKE Video Games - Commenter Edition

4. Netrunner - Cyberpunk 2077

In our last list we offered up the Sandevistan Samurai as our pick for one of the most broken builds in Cyberpunk 2077 but a few of you guys were quick to point out that in the world of Night City the most OP thing you can do is level an enemy stronghold from your car without even lifting a finger.

Enter the Netrunner build. Potentially not the most exciting as you’ll be literally hands-off, but if you get your kicks from being clever and unstoppable, it’s very satisfying.

Even in the Cyberpunk tabletop game speccing yourself to be a Netrunner is a shortcut to ending everybody before they even know there’s a fight happening and things are no different in Cyberpunk 2077. Kit yourself out with an OS like the Tetratronic Rippler Mk. 4 which capitalises on your upped RAM base and reduced cooldowns and you’ll be super hacking with the best of them.

If you’re happy to treat each combat arena as a puzzle instead of a shoot-em-up playground, this is the broken build for you.
