For a guy whose main motive is to attone for accidentally murdering his wife, Kratos is awfully quick to jump in bed with other women - from prostitutes, to the Goddess of Love. In Ghost of Sparta, Kratos takes on eight women at once, culminating in seemingly simultaneous satisfaction for all of them, and a shower of red power orbs exploding from the bed. In God of War III, Kratos doesn't take much persuasion to get it on with Aphrodite, who is a ruthless nymphomaniac because, well, she's the goddess of love and therefore eternally horny. The fact that he leaves her satisfied suggests that Kratos is definitely capable of delivering the combos between the sheets. Yet I always questioned whether Kratos is genuinely a very horny guy, or if he's just so filled with rage that he needs to engage in violent, screaming sex every several hours to keep his serious anger issues in check. You get the sense that there's a fine line between Kratos giving his lover the time of her life, and smashing her skull in against the bed-frame or lifting her over his head and tearing her in half. Who knows, maybe this volatility is part of his' appeal for those hardened women of Ancient Greece.
