10 Most Terrifying Horror Game Enemies Of The Generation

1. Lisa - P.T.

And we’re down to number 1. You know her, you, well, probably don’t love her but you certainly remember her. It’s the absolutely horrifying antagonist from the playable teaser for Silent Hills which was sadly never made.

Of course it checks out that one of the most iconic horror game enemies was spawned from the mind of legendary game designer Hideo Kojima.

Despite only exploring the same hallway over and over the nuance to Lisa’s appearances, the growing nuance of the narrative and gameplay quirks make this playable teaser on par with many of the full horror game experiences on this list.

Lisa’s various appearances are totally terror-inducing and even when she’s not around you’re praying she doesn’t pop up. In a bloody torn nightgown with a frantically twitching head and dead black eyes she’s an absolute fright in still images let alone when she’s chasing you down a hallway, appearing at a window, or leering down at you from the second landing.

If you never want to sleep again, it's aLance McDonald, made the discovery that Lisa is actually always behind you.

He discovered that she attaches to your back as soon as you get the flashlight and spends the entire game following you even when you don’t know it. You know, in case Lisa just wasn’t quite freaky enough for you as is.
