Another villain without a face. Instead, he is a man with a pyramid for a head. The name is very fitting. First appearing in Silent Hill 2, this executioner has gained quite a cult following, and has gotten enough popularity to even appear in two movies. What makes the character so terrifying though what you see him do. Your very first encounter with him is when you walk in on his rape and murder of two poor mannequins: this is what sets the stage for any future Pyramid Head appearance, and the impact he leaves on you is one that will not be forgotten.
