10 Video Game Final Bosses That Were Stupidly Easy To Beat
2. Dracula (Castlevania II)
Castlevania II: Simon's Quest is well-known for its difficulty, but the final confrontation with the baddest vampire of them all, Dracula, is a total anti-climax. After fighting through legions of undead warriors and vicious beasts, you'd expect Dracula to pose the ultimate challenge, but he actually goes out with a whimper.
In fact, it's completely possible to kill Dracula as he spawns in before he even has a chance to move! His entrance animation is really slow and he's completely vulnerable to attacks as his body phases onto the screen. During this time, the player can jump up to Dracula and simply start slashing away at him.
With high-level weapons like the Gold Knife or Flame Whip, the big bad boss can be defeated in just a few seconds. Even if he does survive the initial onslaught, you can quickly finish him off just moments later. It's fair to say that this boss fight proved a real disappointment with fans of the series who were hoping for a true test of their skills.
