10 Video Game Villains Who SUCK At Being Evil
9. Caminalda - The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered

The Oblivion remaster has stayed rather faithful to the original's awkward charm, keeping most of its hilariously buggy AI intact.
This also includes Caminalda, the game's most incompetent and unsuccessful villain.
Caminalda acts as a minor antagonist in the Mage's Guild quest line. She poses as an aid to the player as they are investigating the mysterious deaths of several merchants along the road to Anvil.
Although Caminalda appears to be a mere bystander interested in the murders, in reality, she's responsible for them, acting as a member of the Necromancers Cult.
Your character discovers this too late when Caminalda has already set up an ambush on them... Or rather, it would be too late if she wasn't scripted to be the worst ambusher ever.
Instead of stealthily attacking you, Caminalda decides to reveal her grand scheme to you first, and because Oblivion's NPCs stop in their tracks when speaking to the player, Caminalda's ambush feels more like a surprise party than a deadly assault.
You can kill her so easily as she recovers from initiating dialogue with you that it almost feels like it's you ambushing her and not the other way around!
