10 Video Games You Didn't Know JUST Got Delisted
9. Project CARS 3
Though it hasn't quite happened just yet, Bandai Namco recently announced that racer threequel Project CARS 3 will be delisted on August 24, with the game's online functionality being shuttered on February 24, 2026.
This isn't terribly surprising as the first two games in the series were delisted back in 2022 due to expiring car and track licenses, and it's highly probable that the same is true here.
But it's also worth nothing that Project CARS 3 was a commercial disappointment, likely a result of its shift towards arcade-style racing proving extremely polarising among fans.
Hell, Project CARS 2 still has four-times the player count of its successor on Steam, and accepting that EA scrapped development of a fourth game way back in 2022, it's safe to say that this is basically the final nail in the coffin for the franchise.
At least Project CARS isn't an always-online racing series, meaning owners can still play the entire trilogy to their heart's content.
