5. Robbing Uncle Sam - San Andreas

WTF for all the wrong reasons again, San Andreas saw Rockstar still using the GTA III engine to build on - also having the knock-on effect of the devs seeing what mission types and designs they could think of.

When it went wrong, the end result was as mind-numbing as this: A bleedin' forklift simulator; one where you had to load up the back of another truck full of tiny boxes, before gunning down a number of - presumably innocent - soldiers on duty.

Because... GTA??
