It was the sound that let you know the working day was done and it was time to dive into the superior world of fun and imagination. Sadly developers dont seem to put much effort into intro sounds now, as neither now or assumedly in 10 years time will the PS4's vaguely operatic themes give you anything close to the same feeling.
