7. The Days Of Seeing More Than 50% Of An Open World Game's Map Are Long Gone
Once you hit a certain age, you just accept that open-world games are going to beat you, rather than the other way around.
Sure, you'll give them your best shot, mopping up as many side quests as you can and going off the beaten path after every other main mission, but unfortunately, no matter how hard you try, you end up seeing nowhere near the full amount of content that's actually in the game.
I'm sure the seabed in GTA V looks beautiful and there's probably plenty of loot to be found in the wilderness of The Witcher 3, but when getting through the main campaign of these games is a chore in itself, this extra content might as well not exist.
