Doing this enough will earn you the dishonor of the Revacholoian Nationhood psyche, which provides a buff the more booze you drink. However, it comes with more than a few strings attached, for if the player then proceeds to agree with fascist comments and ideas after receiving the trait, they will actually start taking Morale damage, with the message behind it being fascism destroys you and those around those ideals. By taking this path to become the absolute worst, you are actively harming yourself in the process.

And that's punishment enough.
