9 TERRIFYING Horror Games Still Coming In 2020
8. Dying Light 2

You could argue that Dying Light 2 doesn't need to be as ambitious as it is. The first was a surprise zombie smash, giving players a refined open world experience where parkour-ing around the sandbox was just as satisfying as battering the brains of the undead with a cricket bat.
Rather than rest on their laurels though, the devs are attempting to address the original's biggest issue: the narrative. While not terrible by any means, it was certainly forgettable, something which Dying Light 2 is keen to remedy.
This time around, the game will feature a sprawling plot that will change depending on the player's actions. The studio has predicted that as much as 25% of the content will be missed depending on your choices, even drafting in one of the writers of The Witcher 3 to make sure the plot is as interesting and layered as possible.
Sadly, that ambition has seen it suffer a few delays, but it's currently slated for Spring 2020.
