9 Worst Video Games Of 2016 (So Far)

"Just give us another Star Fox" they cried, Nintendo's legion forever berating the company to just, please "Do one more" of the landmark franchise.

Then they did... but didn't change anything. And I do mean nothing. Although in fairness, they tried to add something; some godawful Wii GamePad functionality, meaning in certain sections you have to hold it up and use it to aim - which is about as enjoyable and reliable as it sounds.

Didn't Nintendo learn anything from the fact the Wii U bombed harder than Overwatch's Junkrat? Motion controls and ancillary gimmicks were a one-time thing - one that the Wii nailed and both the PS3, 360 and Xbox One ALL failed to replicate.

Introducing such controls and keeping graphics firmly routed in 1997 has done the exact opposite of make Star Fox Zero a Wii U system-seller, as fans are now screaming "Abandon ship!" louder than ever.
