The GCPD plays a big role in Arkham Knight, with Batman returning to the GCPD building periodically over the course of the game to bring back apprehended enemies and to consult Commissioner Gordon. Fans of BTAS in particular may recall that there were other prominent members of the GCPD though, including Batman sceptic Harvey Bullock and Renee Montoya.

Bullock featured in Arkham Origins (with Robert Costanzo reprising the role from BTAS no less), but was nowhere to be seen in Knight, nor was Montoya. However, both detectives do make the cut in the form of a small Easter egg in the GCPD, which shows their names on a shift list accompanied by another icon of DC's comics.

Montoya's name has a question mark written next to it, which is a pretty sneaky reference to her superhero alter-ego in the comics, The Question. Renee took over the mantle of the Hub City-based vigilante after the original Question, Vic Sage (aka one of DC's absolute greatest characters), passed away from lung cancer, but both Questions are now once again active in current DC continuity.

One name on the list that Justice League fans in particular will enjoy though is John Jones, aka J'onn J'onzz, aka Martian Manhunter. J'onn took up a position as a detective with the GCPD when he first arrived on Earth, with the implication here being that he's still yet to reveal his true self to the world...
