A fan favourite from Arkham Asylum - Scarecrow nightmares are set to come back in a big way for Arkham Knight, and there are huge calls from the community for Rocksteady to go all out before they bid their due to the Arkhamverse they created all those years ago. It's not as if the London-based devs are starved of inspiration to draw from. After all, Batman has some of the most frightening visuals of the entire comic medium, with multiple stories drawing from tragic elements very few comic books dare to follow. Anything from the death of Jason Todd to the death of The Joker is fair game to incorporate, and Rocksteady's developers could get very inventive with the ways in which Batman's mental barriers are broken down by Crane's toxin as the story progresses. Though it's true that Bruce has managed to overcome Scarecrow's chemical concoctions before, there is no doubt that he's refined his formulae to be its most potent strain yet - something that could make for some truly nightmarish imagery that features many a Batman villain in its duration. In a final confrontation between the two, Rocksteady would be mad not to include as many iconic moments from Batman's career as possible - each one enshrined in the tragedy that brought the vigilante into being in the first place. This image alone would define Arkham Knight as being not only the greatest Batman game ever created, but also as one of the finest sequences ever to be featured in a video game as well. Are there any other theories from the community that you think deserve a place in Knight? Or are they a little too outlandish for Rocksteady's Batman?
