update for Xbox 360 Battlefield 3 gamers has gone live. The fix "contains various fixes and improvements to both the single player and multiplayer portions of the game." EA also made the statement that players should download the update "for an optimal gaming experience". In addition, if you want to play the DLC expansion pack Back To Karkand then this update is required. The update also has some balance changes that will affect the game such as increased damage of the 44 Magnum and more damage done by the Helicopter Miniguns against jeeps. Today is also the day that the Back to Karkland expansion pack is released and is available on the Xbox 360 for 1200 Microsoft points.
