Borderlands: 10 Weirdest Quests You Won’t Believe

One of the most commented on and laughed about missions in the entire series came in the second game. If you tried to find another mission in any game that is more "does what it says on the tin" than this, you would struggle.

The man at the centre of the mission is called Face McShooty. All of his voice lines are variations on the theme of "please shoot me in the face" with ever increasing franticness and open hostility. If you shoot him somewhere apart from his face, he will berate you and divert your attention, once again, to his face, where he will ask to be shot.

Other than his constant verbal barrage of requests, he doesn't harm the player in any way and ignoring him is always an option. However, if you choose to fulfil his wish, he will be kind enough to thank you.

The mission he offered you (Shoot This Guy In The Face) will complete as well as popping the achievement "Well that was easy."

Absolutely bonkers, totally off the wall and a real baptism of fire to any who didn't realise how weird these games could get.
