Cult success Cytus was a hard-as-nails rhythm game that has been brought to nearly all portable platforms since its release in 2012. It was a game like no other in the genre; breakneck challenge mixed an awestriking design aesthetic and a weirdly rich lore.
There was a controversy between both the releases of the original and Cytus II as it received mechanical changes. This upcoming Switch port plans on streamlining the original game in a happy medium between the revamped mechanics.
It's an addictive and thrillingly demanding title to play on the go - the Switch looks like a great fit for it.
