Battle arena type fighting game, that has you and a gang of challengers battling each other in your super-powered... wait for it... underpants! Yes, now the pun in the title makes sense.
Even if the concept is beyond stupid, this looks like a surprisingly enjoyable title; slick mechanics but also some frenetic and exciting action will result in a fun party-type game.
Still, it all depends on whether it is just showing off its best bits in the promo trailer and hiding that it is literally just a load of pants.
