9. Stevan Joveti (Manchester City) 84
A series of calf and hamstring injuries has led to Jovetis career at Manchester City starting with more of a whimper than a bang. Since the Montenegrin internationals big-money move to the Barclays PL, Joveti even when he has played has been a ghost of his former self during his Fiorentina days. During his first season Joveti has followed the dubious tradition set by other highly priced City forwards of seeming to be world-beaters elsewhere before underperforming at the Etihad, joining the likes of Robhino, Adebayor and Balotelli. In FIFA 14 Joveti is not only a great goal scoring threat but also has the capacity to create chances for others. We have seen no sign of this during the 2013/14 season and though it may seem unfair to downgrade a player who has been plighted by injury, the ratings can only be made on the evidence in front of you and 84 is irrefutably too high.
