FIFA 15 FUT Rating - 76 Perhaps Chris Smalling is entitled to one of the more drastic ratings increases ahead of next year's FIFA. He was excellent for United in the second half of the season and has all but solidified himself as one of the first names on the team sheet. Generally quick and strong, he could be a steal in a cheap PL team.
