FIFA 16: Predicting Every Sunderland Player's Rating

Who's going to improve? Who's going to get worse?

After another season of fighting it out at the bottom the table, Sunderland are in the midst of a summer overhaul as Dick Advocaat takes permanent charge of the team he saved from the drop. Having either finished dangerously close to the drop zone, or around mid-table, this is the season where Sunderland need to find their identity in the Premier League. Are they content on a relegation battle? Do they want to try and finish in the top half of the table? Or could they try and have a go at Europa League qualification? One thing is certain. Sunderland need to invest heavily in their back four. Ageing John O€™Shea and Wes Brown have performed admirably for Sunderland in the twilight years of their careers, however their careers at Sunderland will surely be over at the end of the 2015/2016 season. Losing key figures such as these two, means that Sunderland need to get players over the dotted line this pre-season in preparation for their likely exits next season. Sunderland have shown over the last two seasons that when they have had to fight for their lives at the end of the season, they have battled bitterly and overcame quite remarkable odds to stay in the Premier League. So surely that determination with a bit of added quality this summer will help Sunderland find their true place in the Premier League, and hopefully help their supporters avoid the risk of heightened blood pressure in the months of April and May€ This article looks at how the Sunderland squad should be rated when the new edition of FIFA 16 hits the shelves in September 2015. PS: There should be a number of new signings by the time the season comes and we do not who they will be yet, so we€™ll address their ratings when the window slams shut€
