13. Referee Mode

Okay, so this is the first off-the-wall suggestion. It probably won't be seen anytime soon, but referee mode could be a potentially fantastic game-mode.

Premier League referees have been taking a LOT of stick recently from fans, some of it justified, but could the supporters do a better job?

Referee mode could work in a similar fashion to Be A Pro mode. Starting at the bottom, a referee could work his/her way through the leagues the become the best, earning jobs in higher leagues and tournament finals along the way. It obviously wouldn't be the main aspect of FIFA, but it would be great fun to play around with, especially in a grudge match between two of your friends.
