FIFA 19 Includes Spurs' New Stadium
Wolves wave goodbye to an old (generic) home too...
EA have posted images revealing what both Wolverhampton Wanderers' historic Molineux Stadium and Tottenham Hotspurs' new ground will look like when FIFA 19 lands later this month, and Wolves have been having a bit of a giggle with the news.
The official Twitter account for the new Premier League side hilariously waved goodbye to the generic stadium they've been handed for the past decade or so in FIFA. No more Ivy Lane for the Wolves, and apparently no more Wembley for Mauricio Pocchetino's side either.
Even though it isn't actually open in the real world yet and Spurs haven't played a match there, the 'Tottenham Hotspur Stadium' (as EA are choosing to call it) will be playable when FIFA 19 hits shelves on 28 September. That's good news for any hardcore Spurs fans who were worried their new, unnamed ground might miss out this year.
Other new stadiums include Fulham's Craven Cottage and Cardiff's tidy Cardiff City Stadium. Further, Borussia Dortmund's Signal Iduna Park makes a return after being a PES exclusive last year, and Sevilla's Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán will be fully rendered for the first time ever.
