FIFA 20 Career Mode: 10 Teams You Must Play With

5. Bournemouth

If you’re a frequent watcher of the English Premier League, you’ll be well aware of Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth and their reputation for “playing the game the right way” while operating on a shoestring budget.

On FIFA 20, what Bournemouth give you in Career Mode is a steady squad, a dynamic attack, and some players who can develop into real top-tier stars.

Where that dynamic attack is concerned, Ryan Fraser (81), Callum Wilson (80), and Joshua King (79) all have pace to burn, while the Welsh duo of David Brooks (77) and loanee Harry Wilson (75) bring a creative spark to the side.

Lewis Cook (77) is a decent all-round midfield player, while Jefferson Lerma (79) brings strength and defensive stability to the midfield. And speaking of defensive stability, Dutch centre-back Nathan Ake (80) is one again a FIFA standout in Career Mode.

Goalkeeper and both full-back positions will likely need addressing for Bournemouth, although a budget of £36 million should see you right on those fronts. Then again, 20-year-old left-back Lloyd Kelly (68) has the potential to sneak up to an 85 rating over time. Similarly, Arnaut Danjuma Groeneveld (76) and the aforementioned Brooks and Ake have the potential to reach strong mid-80s numbers.
