There are many leagues around the world that are dominated by one or two teams. Real Madrid and Barcelona in Spain, Bayern Munich in Germany, Juventus in Italy, and PSG in France. None of these teams however, have quite the same strangle hold on their respective leagues as Celtic do in Scotland.

It has now been nine years since any other team has lifted the trophy in Scotland, and it's about time that changed. The natural opposition to Celtic's crown is Rangers. Since being forced into the fourth tier of Scottish football, the Gers have slowly worked their way back to challenging for the title, but have not quite achieved it yet.

While Steven Gerrard hasn't done a bad job since taking over, could you do better? Has the Liverpool legend focused on youngsters from his former team too much? Is Jermaine Defoe too old to lead a Premier League winning attack these days? These are questions you must ask if you're to take Celtic's crown.

If you want to really challenge your skills as a manager, you should try to win the league with any Scottish team other than Celtic and Rangers. The last time anyone achieved this feat was Aberdeen in 1985, managed by Sir Alex Ferguson. Maybe that's more of a long term challenge.
