9. Blista Compact

Ok, this will be a strange one for many of you. This is someone of a personal favorite of mine, so it's a tad bias. But just hear me out. When it comes to handling, the Blista Compact is the undisputed king of kings. There was nothing more enthralling than dodging both the police and army on a five-star wanted level in Vice City. I don't know what it is about this vehicle. Perhaps it because of its uncanny resemblance of my very first car. Even so, this little beauty was always under rated. Forget the Banshees, the Cheetahs and the Comets, it was always about the Blista Compact. No other car for me could manoeuvre around police spikes at point blank range to elegantly. Don't knock it until you tried it!
