Agent 47 is set to return sometime this year and with the debut of the newest trailer, the wait just got much longer. Our newest look at the game brings us some awesome new gameplay footage, as well as arranging the pieces they've given us closer to the truth. The trailer reveals that after killing his ICA handler Diana Burnwood, 47 has enough of a soul left to fulfill her dying wish. Sending him out on a mission to find a girl. While it isn't known what makes this particular girl special, the trailer definitely gets the point across that you're gonna want to find out. Our favorite agent finds himself in Chicago at the Rosewood Orphanage. Arriving in the middle of a vicious gang raid, 47 gets to work doing what it is he does best, murder. Chest cavity shattering with axes, neck-stabbing baddies, and all around slow motion badassery is heavily at work in our newest glimpse. If you look hard enough we even get a flash of the Agent 47's newest ability, which is comparable to the "Mark and Execute" feature from Splinter Cell: Conviction. http://youtu.be/_wzerWyJ0k4 I'm sure many fans are going to immediately notice how action focused the games direction appears to be going. From the looks of the trailers this doesn't quite feel like the traditional Agent 47. I think before we jump to conclusions though, we need to remember the "Run For Your Life" demo video. While the newest trailer shows action, it also suits the trailer perfectly. Before the original Hitman fans shut themselves off they should definitely wait to find out just what makes Diana Burnwood's contact so special.
