5. Joe Flacco

Patrick Semansky/AP/Press Association ImagesFlacco is another Superbowl winner and as quarterback, rightly deserved his rating of 93 in last years outing. He remains one of the highest paid players in Football and was part of a team suffering from a Superbowl hangover. Despite this, Flacco deserves to be downgraded. The numbers don't lie. Throwing 22 interceptions in a season is ugly. Yes he boasts a powerful arm and threw for a decent amount of yards (3,912) but playing for the current champions these figures aren't good enough. With a virtual bullseye on their jerseys due to last season's success, the Ravens needed their signal caller to stand up. Instead, he was extremely effective in getting his offensive chums to sit on the bench after conceding turnover after turnover. Flacco has never been a stand out quarterback in the NFL and as Superbowl MVP deserved his 93 rating last year. Expect things to return to normal and see Flacco as a mid to high 80's entry in Madden 15.
