8. Isaiah Thomas - 81
Isaiah Thomas knows how to score baskets, that much is certain. However, he is noticeably lacking in many other aspects of the game - particularly for a point guard, a role in which versatility is so crucial. He dished out a distinctly average 4.2 assists per game last season, and always looks susceptible to a costly turnover or two. This perhaps explains why he was traded mid-season, and although the Celtics seem to have squeezed a few more points per game out of the 26 year old, they've also exacerbated his selfishness with the basketball. Defense is another issue entirely, a part of the game in which Thomas must be considered a liability. Adding all these factors together, it seems as though his 81 rating has been granted for his ability to score points, and little else.
