Netflix Coming to the NINTENDO 3DS in America

Streaming service arriving to Nintendo's hand-held console in the US and Canada...

Today the Netflix streaming service is coming to the 3DS in the United States and Canada, allowing people to stream TV and movies directly to their 3DS if they have a Netflix account.
"It gives Nintendo 3DS owners access to an amazing wealth of movies and TV shows, which they can watch conveniently from thousands of free Wi-Fi access points across the country. Nintendo 3DS truly offers something for everyone."
The application to stream movies and TV is free to download in Nintendo's eShop, however you will have to have a broadband connection and have a streaming Netflix account that will, starting at $7.99. In addition, in the future Netflix has plans to allow 3DS owners to be able to watch movies in 3D, however for the time being 3DS owners can only watch their movies in 2D "Users will soon have access to an additional library of select movies that can be viewed in 3D without the need for special glasses," according to the press release."
