8. Mass Effect 4
Right, now that I've got those two of the way I can start with the proper bits of this article. Bioware have claimed that Mass Effect 4 is so early in development that we'd hear more about Dragon Age 3 first. That being said, Dragon Age 2 was such a mess that Bioware have lost a lot of fans because of it, I highly doubt many people are looking forward to a third instalment in the series. Bioware have however still got Mass Effect to fall back onto as well as their on-line star wars game. Many fans may have been disappointed with Mass Effect 3's ending, however as a whole they enjoyed the entire game. Shepard's story may be over, but there's still a lot more in the Mass Effect universe to explore. I've already voiced my opinion of another instalment in the Mass Effects series in another article, but I'm ready for Bioware to surprise me. Not in the "Oh you liked the character in our first game? Yeh that's over, but enjoy this new character who's boring and is set in a game universe the size of most PS1 game universes" way but more a way that will have me warming to the new character. All we know now is that Mass Effect 4 will not feature Commander Shepard.
