RAYMAN 3 Gets HD Release

Will be released on Xbox Live and PSN sometime next spring.

Ubisoft has been very found of re-releasing their games with HD upgrades having already released Splinter Cell and Prince of Persia: Sands of Time series as HD trilogies. Now Ubisoftis giving the HD treatment to another game... announcing that Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc HD will be released on Xbox Live and PSN sometime next spring. Ubisoft claims the game "has been updated to run at 60 frames per second and offers improved audio quality." Rayman 3 was originally released for the Xbox and PlayStation 2 way back in 2003. I think at this point everyone of Ubisoft's gaming franchises will be re-released in some form of new HD format. They released Beyond Good & Evil HD earlier this year and more than likely there will be a few more games down the pipe they are readying for a HD release. Not that I am complaining, I need to still pick up the Prince of Persia: Sands of Time series HD trilogy. Have any of you bought some of these HD re-releases? If so has it been worth it or was there not enough improvements to justify the purchase?
