Red Dead Redemption: Every Villain Ranked From Worst To Best
1. Micah Bell
Your father is seduced by the one with the forked tongue, it's no use hoping...
After the failed robbery at Saint Denis, Hosea's death leaves a hole in Dutch's life and who better to fill that void than the slipper man, Micah Bell III. The true traitor of the Van Der Linde Gang; Micah toyed with Dutch's pride and insecurities to his own whims and became the one who whispers into Dutch's ear.
If that wasn't sore enough, Micah's behaviour throughout the game (bullying weaker members of the gang, creeping on the young women, murdering Cane the dog and of course the massacre at Strawberry) all hit the summit when he turns Dutch against Arthur and John.
As the true villain of the RDR2, it's his actions that heavily contribute to the downfall of the Gang. The revelation of Micah being the rat to the Federal Agents was a great reveal for his horrid actions, but there are some theories that suggest Micah was planning the Van Der Linde Gang's downfall long before the returning from Guarma - and maybe the events of the Blackwater Robbery were at Micah's deliberate hand.
Thankfully, Rockstar didn't end RDR2 on an ambiguous note; John, Sadie and Charles mount their horses and take to the mountains to finally kill Micah; avenging Arthur, securing their own safety, and settling an old score. By the time they come back down, there's a relief for the players too as true evil has finally been put in the ground.
