What it does: Allows health and stamina regeneration when you eat corpses
Where to find it: Markarth, Understone Keep
How to get it: At the behest of the priest Verulus, after some bodies go missing, investigate the Halls of the Dead in Markarth, where a girl named Eola will greet you, and asking you for help in taking back her cave-home. In exchange she says she will leave the bodies of Markarth alone. Do as she says, after assuring Verulus that all will be well and help her clear the cave. She then divulges that she is in a cult devoted to Namira, and asks you to go and get her a fresh body to eat. With her take-away order in mind, return toVerulus, bribe him and return to the cave with him in tow, before killing and eating him - at which point Namira will reward you with her ring, and some cannibal regeneration powers.
