You'll have to unlock and equip one of the damage-reduction mods, and then seek out the Lightning Rod research task, but once you do, Spidey can sit inside the lightning strikes, allowing you to take some insanely cool pictures.
You only get one shot at this, as research stations can't be repeated - though Insomniac are working on implementing a New Game+, so you'd start Spider-Man over with all the abilities necessary for shots like this.
