TWISTED METAL Delayed Until 2012

Creator David Jaffe stated the decision was based on needing more development time "to ship the best Twisted Metal ever made."

David Jaffe the man behind the God of War series and creator of Twisted Metal made the announcement today that the latter will be delayed until 2012. David Jaffe stated the decision was based on needing more development time "to ship the best Twisted Metal ever made." The game was scheduled to ship October 4, 2011; no new release date has been given. Development time may have been one issue, but I am sure the crowded game release schedule in October played a part in this decision. Rage, NBA 2K12, Dark Souls, Batman Arkham City, and Battlefield 3 all come out during that month. Any one else going to be broke by the end of October?
