In one sense, it's pretty baffling that The Undertaker '01 character is better than both The Undertaker '99 and the current model. The more recent 'Taker only commands a rating of 91, whereas the Ministry Of Darkness-inspired character gets a 90 rating overall. This means that the more recent Undertaker does match up well against others on this list, but the best one to choose is the 'Biker' one. Again, this doesn't make much sense from a character point of view. When The Undertaker introduced his more realistic gimmick in 2000, the insinuation was that he was a real man. This was a contrast to the 'zombie' phases of the man's career, during which he was deemed supernatural and thus inhuman. Surely then he should be stronger under those guises in WWE 2K16? That's not the case, the 'Biker' stint gets the highest rating. The Last Ride is a great finishing move, and it's cool to see in the game because Undertaker doesn't really use it anymore in real life. In fairness to the developers, they have managed to make the '01 character feel different from the modern one, which makes him fun to play as.
