20. Harley Race
Eve Torres would be a welcomed, if not surprising, WWE 2K23 DLC member - but Harley Race? Surely not. His first name (written HaRLe) can be seen above the Tony D'Angelo and Eve references, with very few WWE Superstars fitting the bill aside from 'The King' himself.
Race's involvement in the game would mark his first formal WWE games appearance since 1987(!), where he starred in Micro League Wrestling. He's since been in mobile-based games WWE Universe and WWE Supercard.
