9. Cutting Your Own Fringe When Wet
This is like the cardinal rule to hairdressing because when your hair is wet, it looks longer than it is when it dries. So if you're cutting your own fringe, make sure you give it a trim otherwise you're going to have a haircut that is unwelcome on your head. So although you think that you might be saving a few pennies by avoiding the hairdressers, it'll probably be worth the money in the end. You'll probably end up lying too, "no I didn't cut it, do you think I would intentionally do this to myself?" Your hairdresser will also know when you're lying.
