Since the premiere of Shrek 2, little has changed in terms of Cameron Diaz's appearance. Rumour has it that the perky blonde's had some work done to her nose since then, but it's barely noticeable. The star has said on several occasions that her nose had been broken and that she had breathing problems, so corrective surgery doesn't count, does it? Even so, her appearance changed very little.
