10 Classic Mobile Phones That Are Worth A Fortune

6. Nokia 8850 ~$525 (£400)

When these phones hit the market, they had an odd "feature" if that's what you want to call it: they couldn't be repaired. Because the phone was almost impossible to fix when it failed, it didn't remain on the market for very long.

Their scarcity has made them into a collector's item, which is odd considering the phone was pretty standard. It could hold up to 250 names and receive picture messages, which was innovative at the time.

If you have one of these (that still works), you could fetch as much as $525 (£400) in an online auction. Bricked versions that no longer work are still worth around $52 (£40) to the right collector.
