A favourite bug light for conspiracy theorists is the enormous Denver International Airport, the biggest by area in the United States, which served an estimated 58 million passengers in 2016. It's also supposed to be where the secret world government is based, because of course it is.

Quite how the airport acquired its status as the Skull Mountain of the Illuminati isn't clear. Arguments cited by the conspiracy theory include the presence of some weird artwork, a time capsule that is supposed to actually be a secret keypad giving entrance to the supervillain lair, and the layout of the runways which looks kind of like half a swastika, maybe.

Denver International would seem a strange place to base a world government, what with its tens of millions of civilians passing through every year. All the symbols and pieces of art cited by conspiracists presumably serve as an advertisement for the bad guys' existence, who don't seem too worried about concealing their presence from the masses. Again, this is a theory that requires the conspirators, in spite of their immense influence and resources, to be complete idiots.

Airport staff allegedly view their place in conspiracism with amusement, and happily show the curious around the bits that are supposed to chronicle the coming conquest by the one-world government.
