7. Tiana Is Getting A Restaurant In Disneyland
In the "Princess and the Frog", Tiana always dreamed of having her own restaurant and soon she will at Disneyland in California.
Disney are reimagining French Market Restaurant in New Orleans Square and turning into something Tiana would be proud of.
The new restaurant will open later this year and will bring with it a warm and authentic New Orleans feel. The quick service restaurant will continue "current favorites" as well as new items to enjoy.
Described as having "peach-colored walls and fancy green wrought-iron balconies", the new restaurant will make you feel like you have fallen into the movie. Tiana will not be present at the restaurant as it won't be character dining but you can still meet her in New Orleans Square.
The new restaurant will arrive before Tiana gets her own attraction. Splash Mountain at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World are both set to close later this year and be given a "Princess and the Frog" make over. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will send guests splashing down from 2024.
