10 Fake Stories About Disney Parks You Probably Believe

2. Tattoos Are Banned

This fake story began as an April Fools joke and never lost traction.

Inked Magazine ran an article saying that Disney would be banning tattoos because they didn't fit the family friendly image of Disney. They also stated that the company was angry for never seeing any money for the Disney imagery used in tattoos. The piece was obviously a joke, with the Disney spokesperson being April Enganar (which can be translated to April Fool).

Despite the joke, the article began a rumour that still continues to this day.

Truthfully there are certain restrictions that exist for those entering the parks. Anyone who wears clothing or has a visible tattoo that could be considered offensive might be refused entry.
