It's coming up to that time of year when pyjamas are a necessity if you fancy a warm, comfortable kip. Unless you're a human radiator, then sleeping with some clothing on in bed is a good idea. It's also nirvana for bacteria, so that's something to think about next time you try to squeeze 'one more night' from your jim-jams.

It's recommended that you wash any clothes you wear to bed every 3 days. If not, you're opening yourself up to a whole lot of pain. And by 'pain', we mean 'bacteria'. What comes along with bacteria, you ask? Why, illness of course. You don't want that, trust us.
